A 10,000-sow farm in Hubei plans to maintain a year-round inventory of 10,000 basic sows, with an expected annual output of over 210,000 piglets. The project encompasses production units such as breeding, mating, and farrowing, adopting an independent operation model of "four zones and two lines" to effectively manage biosecurity and scientifically construct an integrated breeding space.

The IoT sensor cluster monitors and provides real-time feedback on ammonia, temperature, and humidity within the pigsty. The system automatically adjusts the operation of fans, water curtains, screen curtains, sliding curtains, small windows, deodorization, heating, and other equipment to ensure that the pigs are always in the most comfortable ecological environment during all growth stages. This provides environmental support for pig growth, makes farming more efficient and convenient for customers, and significantly reduces labor costs and management difficulties.

The site adopts a fully automated centralized feeding system with 102 plug chains, effectively avoiding unnecessary contact between external vehicles and personnel and the on-site personnel, cutting off the transmission route of diseases from the source and building a solid biosecurity defense line. Through the material tower weighing system, real-time feedback on material usage information is provided, providing precise data support for production management, assisting customers in scientific breeding, significantly improving production efficiency and feed-to-meat ratio, and achieving cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
